This report discusses individual rights issues pertaining to Palestinian refugees in the context of the Middle East Peace Process.

Section C of the Report addresses Palestinian individual rights under international human rights law. Both the right of return and the right to compensation and restitution are examined under the governing principles of international law and United Nations Resolutions. Finally, the Report assesses the implementation of such individual rights through State practice and examines the available legal mechanisms that could offer a potential avenue for the implementation of Palestinian rights.
