Judgment on the appeal against the decision on the authorisation of an investigation into the situation in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan of March 5, 2020. The Appeals Chamber authorises the Office of the Prosecutor to proceed with an invetsigation into alleged crimes that have been committed on the territory of Afghanistan since May 1, 2003 as well as other alleged crimes committed in other States Parties since July 1, 2002 in connection with the armed conflict in Afghanistan.
