Dutch court's verdict in Srebrenica case

In the case on behalf of the Mothers of Srebrenica against the Dutch State, the Dutch District Court of The Hague today concluded that the Netherlands is liable for the loss suffered by the relatives of male refugees who were deported from the Dutchbat compound in Potočari on the afternoon of 13 July 1995 and subsequently killed by the Bosnian Serbs.
